Sealingthe Oxide Film

The oxide filmsobtained after anodizing have considerable porosity and high adsorptivecapacity. Sealing of the film increases their resistances to corrosion andimproves their electrical insulating properties. Sealing is essential for filmsthat have been produced by anodizing in sulfuric acid,because only after sealing do the film acquire a sufficiently high resistanceto corrosion.

NickelPlating

Nickel is one of themost important metals applied by electrodeposition.The plate is used principally as a bright coating underneath a much thinnerchromium electroplate to provide a highly lustrous and corrosion-protectivefinish for articles of steel, brass, zinc die castings, chemically metalizedplastics, and, to a much smaller extent, for coatings on aluminum and magnesiumalloys.

ManyTypes of Chromium Plating

Hard Chromium Plating
The benefit of the hardness of chromiumdeposits is not effectively obtained unless the coating is deposited on asufficiently hard basis metal and to a satisfactory thickness. Generally,hardened steel is used for the basis metal. Even a relatively heavy deposit ofchromium may be crushed or indented if applied over a soft basis metal such ascopper. The best possible adhesion is also important in many uses where thesurface may be subjected to severe stress or shock, and any chipping of thedeposit would be injurious.

Etch Prevention
The self-regulating baths have a disadvantage common to all baths containingfluorides or complex fluorides, a tendency to corrode or etch recesses which donot cover with chromium. This tendency to etching is especially noted on steel,commercially, the ordinary baths with sulfate catalyst hate a strong tendencyto etch copper and brass. This etching tendency is especially marked in overcatalyzed bath, and can be overcome to a considerable extent by keeping thebath in balance, or operating at as low a catalyst concentration as possible.In higher ratio of baths, overcome this etching by prefilming the surface to beplated as cathode in a plain chromicacid solution.

Porous Chromium Plating
This name have been given to modified chromium deposits with oil-retainingproperties, used on internal combustion engine cylinders and piston rings. Suchdeposits were used especially during the war on aircraft and diesel enginecylinders for salvage and to make engines last longer. Three main of porouschromium plate have come into common use.

The first is the mechanical type, produce by grit blasting the basis metal,chromium plating, and finally finishing to size by grinding, honing, orpolishing. The second and third types of plate are those with pitted andchannel porosity. Both of the later are obtained by treating the chromiumdeposit in an etching solution. The type of porosity obtained depends oncareful control and regulation of the condition of deposition. Numerouspublications and patents describe the production of all these types of porouschromium plate and the result obtained with them.

Black and Color Chromium Plating
Many attempts have been made to produced "black" chromiumplate, and such deposits have been used commercially. They are usually darkgrey rather than black, however, and all dull or mat chromium deposits seem toturn bright metallic rather readily if exposed to much abrasion or wear, inspite of the hardness of the metal. Oiling and other final treatments give greyor dull deposits a blacker appearance. An early "black" chromiumplate was produced by using a high current density in a cold bath containingprincipally chromic and acetic acids.

Chromium Alloy Plating
Chromium alloy plating can be considered a subheading under trivalent bath,there is almost no alloy plating possible from hexavalent solutions. There hasbeen a great deal work, and some reviews are available, but nothing ofcommercial importance seems to have been developed. It appears likely that somefundamental problems of depositing chromium from trivalent baths remain to besolved, and that these are probably not made appreciably easier by introducingthe added factor of alloy deposition.

Fruit Classification

West nile virus is caused by a bite from an infected mosquito that's carrying west nile virus, but not all mosquitoes are infected. As usual mosquitoes are much more in a summer. In many parts of the United States, the risk of being bitten by an infected mosquito is greatest from July to early September. But in some parts of the country, mosquito bites can be a risk all year long. Not everyone who gets bitten by an infected mosquito will get the virus. And although kids can get West Nile virus, it's rare for them to become very sick from it.

As a statistic the risk of people on contacting to West Nile Virus is low, and less than 1% of those infected develop serious illness from the virus. Those at highest risk for serious illness are the elderly and those with lowered immune systems. However, people of all ages can develop serious illness, so it is important for everyone to protect themselves from mosquito bites to minimize the risk of infection.

Good Prevention Action: To eliminate sources of mosquito, just lessen standing wlifeater in your yard where mosquitoes may lay eggs. Fill, cover or remove any items that can trap water. Common mosquito breeding containers include:

· Change the water at least once or twice a week, cleaning the bath on a regular basis

· Ponds - consider purchasing mosquito-eating fish if the pond is serving as a mosquito breeding site and cannot be drained.

· Buried every unused goods not use that can keep water inside.

We are as human often worried about our development at our body. Yes,there is a good development and some are not expected development, such as ourwrinkle skin or gray hair. We worried because of the reality, our body turndown, but our needs become increasing.
