How to Manage Stress
Today, the “fight of flight” response is still
useful if a physical reaction (such as dodging a speeding car) is called for, or if we
have to meet some short term psychological challenge (such as giving a speech
or taking on exam). Our bodies are equipped to handle stress
without damage, if we are able to relax after we have mobilized our physical
resources and taken the short term action that was called for. After the
stressful situation has passed, we need a chance to regain our original balance
state. What is known as our bodily home stasis? Just as our bodies need to
maintain a normal temperature of about 37oC most of the time, so do
they need to keep other aspect of functioning in balance most of the time?
These aspects include blood pressure, the volume of fluids, and the
level of hormones in the blood.
Trouble arises when one arousal reaction is piled on top of
another and the body does
not get a chance to return to normal. Many of our modern stressors are psychological.
We can neither fight them nor flee them. Stress tends to build up and disrupt
our body’s functioning, particularly through the action of hormones
released by the endocrine glands
under stress. Epinephrine, for example, may keep muscles tense and the blood pressure
and heart rate high for several days, or even longer. It may also interfere
with the immune system, lowering our resistance to disease. As a result, we may
develop one or more of many different, subtle symptoms without even being aware
of the degree of stress we are under.

Poisonuous Gas
Coal
has the main composition of carbon, and carbon in a nature make
a chemical
reaction to build their substances. These substances are varying and have
their own name depend on the composition on their chain. Carbon in their
chemical chain usually called as carbonates that have many name of these substances. Some of the
result of coal process gas is produce poisonous gas such as CO and sulfur gas
that is affected to the life environment.
Poisonous gas is consisting of elements that threat to our
live. The poisonous gas can enter to our body through of many ways, through
breath of nose,
permeated to the skin, and from injection. Poisonous gases usually colorless
and no smell but threat to our environment seriously. The common gases that
destroy our environment are CO and H2S.
The poisonous gas exposed to our environment in two model; chronic and acute.
Some gas can make our breath circulation disturb very hard,
like gas CO, if this gas concentration is higher of their normal limit for
human, the effect will very bad. Because this gas in easier be absorbed to our
blood than Oxygen gas, people who breath this gas in high concentration, immediately
get severe cough and just a minute will unconsciousness, and if not immediately
help with oxygen gas, the victim can become died.

New Technology Create New Life Style
You may be not really feeling the changes, but after new technology founded, the changes actually
goes on. Certain company that sell just old kind of product slowly going
bankrupt and will closed their operation.
Faster changes are in information technology era, new
business just builds on last period but new technology will change all. Like on
the telephone service in Indonesia, so many people build “Wartel,”
a kind of telephone service, on a certain time until to village area, but just
a few month after telephone cellular being open their permit by Government, not
just Wartel business going bankrupt, include government business like home
phone also going down their market.
Now people beginning to learn, how they must build their
business not just to follow to others. Now not so many people build
“Warnet,” a kind of internet service, because so many cellular
company also offer their product service can open internet using their phone
cell easily and cheap. In a few month further may all “Warnet”
will broke, because no people go to this service company. Because of so many
company offer their product to use internet by their phone by straight
competition, so the price will reduce fast and the government company that
still offer with high price will bankrupt.
So the nature competition will make the company just get a
small benefit, and will remove of monopoly. All the changes make change people life style and then create a new style
on their life.
