Technology gaps always available in many practices. But the most important should be care are ones who work in service area. They are who work in service area may affect to their qualifications; these are like in education, training, medical care, medicine, engineering, biology, science, chemistry, automobile service and many others such as music, art and film.

The gaps that are available is more greater now, after fast improvement on electronic, information and technology. They are who can follow the modern improvement will get more customer, but they are who don’t follow the new improvement will loosing their customer.

Not all of them can follow or able to follow this technology improvement, beside some of them are expensive, sometime too difficult to follow. Such as on electronic, most every there are new innovation, for this one people can see through internet.

Fatally, these gaps also available among physicians, as they should give a best service to their patient. Not every doctor can use or understand a new innovation that currently exist, beside every doctor have many competitors; they also need more time to know about what improvement on their area.

People diseases are not just because of microbe such as bacteria, viruses or fungi, but diseases that currently growth is came from our heart. Heart is just mentioned by people, but exactly is controlled by our mind, our brain. Brain is become of everything, brain will produce our thinking, positive thinking can cause positive action, negative thinking will produce negative action. Some negative thinking also can cause of arising many diseases, nerve, heart, high blood stress, gout and many other diseases that controlled by our brain condition.

Another diseases that often attack to government is politician diseases, this diseases can cause a government being bankrupt. This is caused by the selfish behavior that usually owned by those people that work as politician. They usually just think how to save their future, how to save their economic, or just think about how to make a big growth of their group and also their self. Like in Indonesia, economic crisis caused by certain people greed, and just make him rich but not for others or civil. A government leader become so rich but the peoples are poor. Indonesia rich of mineral, oil and gas, coal and carbon, bauxite, copper, gold, nickel and many other building materials, but the development are very slow. Indonesia as a biggest coco oil plantation, biggest gas production, may be the biggest copper production, but all the mineral are bring to abroad, BEP for gas in Irian Jaya, Freeport for Copper and gold, Inco for nickel in Sulawesi and many others.

America also is not a poor country, but because of the leader ambition, the country can collapse. Too big expense, for their prestige, America paid very expensive. Actually American crisis can overcoming by lessen their big expense, but $ 5 trillion is very big, even for America. The medicine is coming from American politician and their leader itself.

Nickel plating is by far the most important electroplating process, chiefly because it is the best undercoating immediately below chromium plating. Nickel is a hard, yellowish-white, non-toxic metal with takes a high polish and has considerable resistance to tarnish and corrosion by weather. Hot Dip Aluminizing Aluminum can also be coated on to iron and steel articles by hot dipping, but the process is considerably more difficult than in the case of tin and zinc, for a number of reasons. Because of the higher melting point of aluminum the process must be carried out at about 700oC, at which temperature it is very difficult to preserve the steel in an oxide free condition.
